Refund & Returns Policy

At FurWoy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligible for Return:

  • Products that are new or used only a few times
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Orders that did not arrive within 40 days

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and select health & personal care items

Note: Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase. Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

2. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

A partial refund may be granted in these cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, software, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned after 30 days

3. Refund Process

  1. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
  2. Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to process.
  • Contact your bank for additional delays.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email support@furwoy.com and send your item to:

6. Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund with no fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a full refund at no extra charge.
  • Never Arrived: If your order has not arrived within 40 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

8. Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect item, you may request a refund or exchange at no additional cost.

9. Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value.
  • If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, we will process a refund back to them.

10. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, email us at support@furwoy.com and follow these steps:

🔹 Step 1: Confirm that your item meets our return policy requirements.
🔹 Step 2: Take a photo with your order number and name.
🔹 Step 3: Email us at support@furwoy.com. We will confirm within 24 hours and guide you through the return process.

📌 Important: Do not self-refund before receiving confirmation from us to prevent fraudulent claims.

11. Return Shipping Costs

✅ We cover all return shipping costs. You do not need to pay for returning or exchanging an item.

If returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
